slippy rooms
I would not recommend this hotel. the service was terrible, whenever i asked for anything it was a hassle to the staff. bar staff made rude jokes. I had hardly any sleep due to the noise. rooms with the pools are slippy and i had a fall on the balcony.

The location was prime. The rooms, however, showed its age. I requested a wake-up call I didn't receive and almost missed my tour. the fitness center charged extra, and I didn't like to pay more to access it.

the room included crisp, white bedsheets and several pillow options. i appreciated the fridge to store snacks and water from the supermarket across the road. the wifi worked without issues throughout the entire stay. the pool always had available sunbeds, even at 11 a.m.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. I was informed a tea service would cost extra.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. i really liked the welcome drink at arrival. breakfast offered so many options. It was fantastic. the location was also ideal, being so close to the beach and main avenue. i appreciated the range of shops and restaurants nearby.
the noise from nearby venues affected my sleep. the loud music from the hard rock cafe was noticeable. the music played late into the night was unacceptable. i hope this improves for future stays.
