i had a really good time here. our corner suite offered a perfect sea view. the staff were pretty good for my birthday.
the hotel clearly thrives on its prime location. the tables had badly flaking paint. the hotel seemed a bit dated overall.

the hotel's location is right on the golden mile. there is always a sun bed and umbrella available near the pool. the hotel offers sea-facing, pool-facing, and street-view rooms.

the staff is helpful and friendly. andrea was helpful with recommendations. the hotel allowed us to use the spa, pool, and jacuzzi after checkout. we also left our bags at the hotel.

fresh options genuine care
Victoria was helpful, she showed genuine care. Breakfast featured a really nice selection. I particularly loved the multiple fresh options.
The Hard Rock Cafe nearby can be a bit loud late at night.

perfect location friendly staff daily cleaned
the location is so perfect, right on the beach. i found staff really friendly and so professional. the rooms was cleaned everyday, important to me. the pool had lot of sun bed options.
the shower pressure was not great, kinda annoying.

The outdoor area included a pool and a snack bar. i observed lots of marble and some steps. the hotel provide fri ferdsel to a neighboring hotel. This hotel offered nice facilities for children, like a pool and a kid's club.

the buffet breakfast had a huge selection that should suit everyone. you could eat inside or out. the breakfast quantity was good but the presentation was not really good. cava was there and also a pianist, that was a nice touch.

I would not recommend this hotel. the service was terrible, whenever i asked for anything it was a hassle to the staff. bar staff made rude jokes. I had hardly any sleep due to the noise. rooms with the pools are slippy and i had a fall on the balcony.

missed wakeup call costly fitness center
The location was prime. The rooms, however, showed its age. I requested a wake-up call I didn't receive and almost missed my tour. the fitness center charged extra, and I didn't like to pay more to access it.

white bedsheets available sunbeds
the room included crisp, white bedsheets and several pillow options. i appreciated the fridge to store snacks and water from the supermarket across the road. the wifi worked without issues throughout the entire stay. the pool always had available sunbeds, even at 11 a.m.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. I was informed a tea service would cost extra.

wonderful experience!
helpful staff welcome drink many options
The staff were wonderful and helpful. i really liked the welcome drink at arrival. breakfast offered so many options. It was fantastic. the location was also ideal, being so close to the beach and main avenue. i appreciated the range of shops and restaurants nearby.
the noise from nearby venues affected my sleep. the loud music from the hard rock cafe was noticeable. the music played late into the night was unacceptable. i hope this improves for future stays.
